Breath awareness is my haven. In the past, my smiles masked my depression and suicidal thoughts. You would have never known what was going on inside of my head by looking at me. But in 2011, a series of events lead me to yoga and the asana steered me to conscious breathing. This led me to several yoga and breath teacher trainings. I balance myself daily through my breath and now I can say that when I smile, it's genuine. My life has changed for the better and I desire to share what I practice to those who are interested.
I have also authored a coming-of –age novel called, “Through Eyes That See" that will remind you to practice breathe awareness while reading the story. It’s written to encourage you to SEE young people and then to open your heart and your ears to LISTEN to them. Being available for the younger generation is also part of my purpose.

To help restore balance (the first step toward happiness) in the lives of those who practice breath awareness.
